Étude descriptive de l’agilité et de la résilience de l’humanitaire canadien au temps de la COVID-19

This article proposes to study the agility and organizational resilience which Canadian humanitarian non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have displayed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, through their capacity for absorption, renewal and growth. The results of this descriptive study, drawn from primary data collected during ten semi-structured interviews, reveal that aside from a few occasional initiatives specific to the COVID-19 crisis, humanitarian NGOs have merely put into practice their pre-existing agile management methods in order to constantly adapt to the situation and to maintain their operations.
